Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) The County wants to replace the existing JSC Intake Station Desk with a new desk, which will continue to be the main contact point for intake. b) The County intends to limit the extent of the remodeling to retain as many of the existing mechanical and electrical systems as possible; interior walls are to remain but finish will be refreshed. c) Other than the replacement of lighting fixtures & mechanical equipment, the County does not anticipate extensive changes to the mechanical or electrical systems. No changes will be made to the basic layout and entry points of the Intake room. d) Floor Tile – if supported by the budget and if redesign warrants it, the entire floor tile system could be replaced, dependent on the investigation of floor tile conditions under the existing Intake Station Desk.
