Specifications include, but are not limited to: Review County’s existing setup and recommend an appropriate sizing for each of County’s instances in Oracle cloud Develop, discuss, finalize, and draft the strategy for migration Setup of the infrastructure in Oracle cloud using the oracle cloud credits purchased by County for each instance to be migrated from on-prem to Oracle cloud Migration of PeopleSoft instances (currently on-prem) to Oracle cloud using OCI tools including data (lift-and-shift or any other approach to achieve the same objective) Work with County PeopleSoft SysAdmin and Oracle DBA teams in partnership to complete the project (vs. finish the project and transition to Hennepin team) Advise on security controls in the cloud necessary to protect private data Review and recommend various integrations (see below for examples) Examples: Network File System (NFS) (ie Isilon, unified portal, etc.) Interface files integration – smtp/sftp (ie Axway (Tumbleweed) on premise) Workforce Director – Sheriff’s office integration with time reporting Webservices integration with various internal county software Supplier Portal – External site for Finance Enterprise Contracting System IBM Cognos – (Query Studio-Stored procedures) writing data from cloud back to on premise. Data Warehouse (Exadata stored on Premise) Writing data from cloud back to on premise. Database accounts – access to singular data (views) – being used by other Internal County applications – located on premise.
