Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Emergency Authorization: Provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Respond to the location to be secured within 30 minutes in City limits or 45 minutes outside of City limits after notification. Upload before and after photos of openings secured, and photo of Emergency Board Up Authorization form received from emergency personnel on scene Non-Emergency Authorization: On an as needed basis, receive a list via an electronic spreadsheet of properties authorized for boarding and/or re-boarding, and inspector photos, and complete board up within 36 hours of City placing jobs on spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will include a color photograph, and a description, provided by the inspector, showing the opening(s) to be boarded by the contractor. The inspector's photographs will, when possible, include a point of reference at the work site. b. Upon receipt of a Non-Emergency Authorization via electronic spreadsheet, the Contractor shall have thirty-six (36) hours to complete the specified boarding and/or reboarding. If boarding and/or re-boarding is not completed within thirty-six hours (36) hour period, it shall be considered a "late response” and no payment will be issued. c. Completed jobs need to be entered into the spreadsheet no later than the business day after the work is finished, including before and after photos of each job.
