Specifications include, but are not limited to: Create and maintain an annual reporting work plan: develop a standardized schedule for survey development, execution, and data analysis, as well as regular meetings with the State; and update as necessary, though no less than annually. Support the State in sample creation: partner with the State to create a meaningful stratification and sampling strategy of an anticipated population of approximately 8,000 provider agencies. Collaborate with the State to write and maintain survey language: maintain survey language that meets the goal of collecting data required in law and any additional information that would be helpful in understanding a labor market such as the direct support workforce, based on input and previous data collection from State. Host online survey, including data storage and quality assurance: develop or provide online hosting for the survey, including testing and ongoing maintenance of user access, data security and survey integrity.
