The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Bureau is issuing a Request For Proposal for the services described below: Pharmaceutical services for an adult correctional facility housing approximately 300 (+ plus) inmates. Services to be purchased must include, but are not limited to: Full pharmaceutical services including: filling prescription orders seven days a week for the corrections facility (current activity level is approximately 20-100+ prescriptions per day). Delivering of prescription orders daily to the corrections facility. Use of blister packs for filling of prescriptions, unless otherwise requested to be filled in bottles. Duplicate Prescription Labels for Controlled Substances. Use of ½ tabs only when required by insurance and/or if full tabs are not available. All other ½ tabs must be approved by the medical department. See operational requirements and billing requirements section for further specific requirements.
