Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Replace existing cloth wiring serving panel throughout Boynton as identified in the Boynton Health Infrastructure Study report, and NV5 Schematic Design Report. The CM@R will identify whether existing conduit is sized to support up-to-date wire size and if not, work with NV5 during Design Development to include new routing for new conduits. 2. Replace panelboards identified in the infrastructure study report and NV5 Schematic Report, and provide for new panelboards where required. Space capacity in panelboards in various locations is limited. 3. Replace existing main building switchboards (both the 1948 and 1958) along with code required improvements to the rooms housing the equipment and improvements to support systems (i.e. HVAC, fire detection/annunciation, etc.) as needed. 4. Identify phasing plans and temporary power solutions to maintain the facility operations during the equipment replacement. Construction Manager should identify both the location of temporary connections/services and phasing to install/remove the temporary connections.
