Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Selective demolition of windows, doors, storefront, vestibule, damaged masonry, and miscellaneous façade, glazing, structural, and interior elements. • New windows (curtainwalls) and doors. • New door hardware, where indicated. • Replacement of fiberglass insulated translucent skylight and wall panels. • Repairs to exterior wall(s). • Construction of a new vestibule. Exterior wall will be an insulated brick cavity wall with steel stud (CFS) backup. The roof will be fully adhered thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane roof over and insulated steel deck. Structural members will be steel. • Replacement of interior glazing and/or storefront at elevator lobbies. • Replacement of a unit heater for the vestibule. • Rough-ins for access control. • Repairs to damaged tile at stair with grout. • Rigging, if needed. • Site/construction logistics, storage, staging, safety, temporary construction, temporary facilities, and security.
