Specifications include, but are not limited to: Description of Work: The contractor who is not a state employee will serve as a consultant to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MN DOC) for the purpose of assisting in the development and maintenance of culturally sensitive and productive relationships for the purpose of increased awareness of both the effects of Traumatic Brain Injury and the cultural considerations required for effective community services and interventions. Serve as a liaison between the MN DOC and stakeholders, committees, advisory groups and individuals associated with, but not limited to, the "Traumatic Brain Injury in Minnesota Correctional Facilities: Systems Change for Successful Return to the Community Grant" or "TBI Grant 2010" on matters relating to the development and maintenance of culturally sensitive and competent service delivery including training.
