Because the needs of the community and youth served have evolved, the County is seeking innovative and creative proposals to provide both administrative and support services at a YCC location within Hennepin County. Proposing organizations must act as a supplemental drop-off, walk-in and access point for resources, as well as an operational hub for community outreach. Preference may be given to proposals that demonstrate successful relationships to offer community resources to support the youth served.
