Provide snow removal of all parking lots and roadways on the Willmar MN campus of Ridgewater: • Square footage of parking lots: 747,208 sq. ft. • Require services when one of these two conditions exist: 1-When snow has accumulated to approximately 2 inches (two inches) 2-Considerable drifting 3- Salt/Sand application on the as requested basis • When either of these conditions exist or occur during the late evening or early morning hours, we would like the parking lots cleared by or as close to 7:00 AM as possible. Exceptions to this to be allowed when classes are starting late or canceled and the timing of the snowfall event. • The following list of equipment is what has been used in the past to accomplish our needs: o Pay loader with pusher o Skid loader with pusher and bucket
