Provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform all of the work for water treatment program services as directed by Building Services. • Contractor will provide an on-site chemical list along with Safety Data Sheets and proper labels • Contractor will provide their pricing for their chemicals and sizes and indicate their markup • Contract will be able to transport chemicals • Contract will provide a complex analysis of testing • Contractor will provide labor, materials and equipment to supply chemicals, reagents, test kits and scheduled water treatment for county sites. This will include a semi-annual closed loop sample and monthly testing during cooling season. • Contractor will provide labor materials and equipment to perform nonscheduled water treatment services for county on an as needed basis.
