• Project Purpose – Interpretive and messaging goals and objectives. • Audience Understanding and Analysis – Review and incorporate the recently completed and applicable portions of the Vermillion River Greenway Master Plan audience analysis. • Site Parameters and Opportunities – Identify issues or barriers for interpretation and messaging onsite, as well as opportunities the site provides. • Summary of Engagement – Summarize the feedback received as part of engagement processes. • Intentions for Site Experience – Identify site wide interpretation and messaging, located at key entry experiences, as well as specific site-specific interpretation and messaging. • Interpretation and Messaging –should identify what interpretive themes and sub-themes, or key stories about the park that are important to connect visitors to. This plan will have those identified, building on the framework found in the Vermillion River Greenway Master Plan and incorporating the identified absent narratives from the Dakota and African American communities, as appropriate. • Site Organization – Provide a map or other organizational method for to identify where interpretation and messaging will exist throughout the park. Identify locations for site wide and specific site interpretation and messaging.
