If submitting more than one base unit for a category, Responder should complete one 2.2 Base ATVUTV Sprayers spec sheet for each. 2.3 ATV/UTV Weed Sprayers – Options If submitting more than one price list for parts and/or options, Responder should complete one 2.3 ATV-UTV Sprayer Options spec sheet for each. Discount to be applied to Price List – must be a numeric percentage, which may include zero. Vendor is to provide a cost for a set of regular maintenance filters for all systems (air, fuel, fluid, etc) for future preventative maintenance needs. Extended warranty options and pricing, if available. Price per Loaded Mile for Delivery & Address of Delivery Starting Point. Equipment Inspection & Repair Rates – hourly rates New Equipment Rental Program, if available. 2.4 Skid-Type Sprayers – Base Unit Responses for this category should be for skid-type sprayers for use with pickup trucks, ag/farm tractors, and vehicles considered Class 5 (16,001-19,500 GVWR) or less. If submitting a base unit for an ag/farm tractor, Responders should also offer 3-point hitch attaching points in their option price list. Responders are required to complete all fields to provide verifiable information on a proffered base model unit for the specified category. If submitting more than one base unit for a category, Responder should complete one 2.4 Base SkidType Sprayers spec sheet for each.
