The Office of Information Technology at the University of Minnesota is looking to acquire 16 AudioCode MP 1288 Analog Telephone Adaptors w/ 144 ports, approximately 2-5 years of associated maintenance and support, and 5 years of licensing and certificate management for proper integration of analog devices with Zoom Phone. The University has 50 AudioCode MP 1288 ATAs and is not looking for substitutes or alternative products. Currently, Clearspan is the provider of Zoom certificate management services for the University’s existing AudioCode MP 1288 ATAs. The contract related to those services will expire in September 2026. The University intends that the successful respondent to this bid will also be responsible for managing those certificates approximately September 2026 through the end of the current Zoom contract. The Zoom contract is set to expire in 2030, with the possibility of a three-year extension thereafter. The proposal should not include cables or racks, as those items are not in scope.
