Areas to be Inspected During Regular Service Visits: • Building’s outside perimeter and entrances • Dumpster area (Event Level) • Public areas (food kiosks, dining areas, concourses, seating bowl, restrooms, bar/clubs and suites) • Non-Public areas (restrooms, employee break areas, mechanical/electrical/maintenance rooms, kitchens, concession stands, pantries, offices, locker rooms and storage areas) Cockroach Program Provide the following services for Cockroaches (“Cockroaches” are American, German, Oriental, Australian, Turkestan, Brown, and Smoky Brown cockroaches): • Inspect the facility to locate and record Cockroach activity, harborage sites, and conditions conducive to Cockroach activity (structural and sanitation issues and recommendations). • Provide appropriate targeted product applications into cracks, crevices and voids during regular service visits. • Should cockroach activity be suspected or confirmed, Provider will utilize ultra-low volume flushing techniques to help resolve and eliminate cockroach activity Rodent Program Provide the following services for Rodents (“Rodents” are house mice, Norway rats and roof rats): • Inspect the outside perimeter and common areas of a facility to identify signs of Rodent activity, possible entry points and conditions conducive to Rodent activity (both interior and exterior areas of the facility). • Exterior Services: Install and maintain Rodent traps and/or Rodent bait stations around the outside perimeter of the facility.
