Proposer needs to show significant experience in proactive monitoring/alerting and Technology management and servicing urban clients (downtown Minneapolis). Proposer must be able to proactively monitor/alert/support the following hardware/software list: o Cisco IP Telephone system o Cisco Wired infrastructure (included but not limited to Cisco Firewalls, Cisco VPN, Concentrators, Cisco Nexus (7K, 6K, 5K, & 2K network equipment) & 3800 series switches o Cisco serial console KVM system o Extreme Wireless and wired Network Hardware o Nutanix Server Hardware and Nutanix AHV Hypervisor o Miscellaneous Server hardware and software (i.e.: IBM, Cisco, DELL) o Miscellaneous SAN hardware and software (i.e.: DELL VNEx) o Infoblox DHCP hardware and Software Proposer will provide active monitoring and alerting tools to notify internal IT staff of outage or failed hardware Proposer will provide backup hardware/software for all network equipment to restore from in the case of a failure Proposer must comply with all NFL Cybersecurity/NIST/DHS protocols when and where possible or propose plan to resolve audit findings Proposer must not exceed a yearly budget for these services that has been pre-determined and will be discussed at interviews
