3.1 All seedlings shall come from seed or propagation material that is hardy in Minnesota. 3.2 Seedlings shall be hardy in USDA Hardiness Zones 3 and/or 4. 3.3 Plants must be first-class representatives of their species/variety. 3.4 Shall be free of disease, sunscald, insect infestation, broken/damaged branches, bark abrasions, or other defects. 3.5 Plants should be dormant and not actively photosynthesizing 3.6 Shall be alive and healthy 3.7 Excessive damage to roots or shoots will lead to rejection. 3.8 Dealer/grower’s certificate and seed source info must be provided upon delivery or pick-up 3.9 Seedlings shall be acclimated to shipping-time weather conditions. 4.
