Specifications include, but are not limited to: The removal of source separated organic material (SSOM) for five (5) county facilities. The selected contractor must also take primary responsibility for the following tasks: Optimize collection services levels (e.g. external container sizing, frequency of pickup, etc.); Work with county staff to implement organics collection service at additional locations and mutually agreed upon date(s) within the contract period; Approve any significant changes made to the collection and management of the SSOM with county liaison before implementing changes Respond to county staff liaison communications within 24 hours regarding collection issues and service questions; Furnish and maintain all carts and dumpster including periodic washing/swapping of carts and dumpsters if needed to ensure full dumpster capacity after every collection.
