The existing 786 square foot room 320 of Tate Hall is currently an empty shell space with some electrical and data connections, general lighting, and a unit heater. Construction will include a room within the room to house specialty lab equipment, a fume hood, casework, and finishes as well as mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work to support the new function of the space. Refer to the attached RFP Documents describing the scope of Work for the Project. The Contract will be a based on a Lump Sum Cost and shall include all fee, bond, insurance, permit, layout, field verification, labor, equipment, materials, shop drawings, demolition, disposal, temporary facilities, protection of property, and cleanup required to complete the work item as shown on the drawings and specified in the project manual. A hazardous materials survey was completed. No hazardous materials are expected to be encountered during this Project. Busch Architects is the Architect/Engineer of Record for the Project.
