1. Prepare storm sewer segments for lining with a Cure in place liner (CIPL). Preparation includes labor and equipment and supplies required for cleaning segments as needed for ensuring proper bonding of liner to storm sewer pipe, diversion of storm water in system as needed to maintain proper street drainage of area, removal of backflow valve, and other task required for preparing system for lining. 2. Line the identified segments of the storm sewer main line with CIPL. Includes all labor, equipment and supplies (including liner), needed to line approximately 550 feet of storm sewer, opening of liner and cutting out lateral intakes, sealing of ends of lined segments and cutouts. 3. Post installation video inspection to verify completion and sealing requirements are met. Includes all labor, equipment, and video data processing and deliverable. 4. Fluid/sediment waste handling and disposal from storm sewer cleaning and lining as applicable. Fluid and sediments removed during cleaning are to be considered petroleum contaminated. Includes all labor, equipment, transportation, and disposal costs for removed fluids and sediments during preparation of the storm sewer and if applicable fluid waste generated during lining procedure.
