Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services partnering with the Dept. of Administration (ADM) intends to renew existing agreement with VIVA USA INC. The annual renewal provides software subscription & hosting related to ADM’s online STARS Tier II Tracking and Reporting Solution. This contract is for up to a 12 month term. The Minnesota Department of Administration's STARS Tier II Tracking and Reporting Solution is the state's online system for facilities to report hazardous chemical inventories and sub-contractor participation statistics in procurement initiatives. Because VIVA USA INC. retains exclusive ownership, copy right and trademark of their proprietary product and is solely responsible for providing the required subscription, hosting, maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through third party entities.
