Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall comply with the following snow thresholds: Trace: All sidewalks/walkways, emergency access points, handicapped ramps/ walkways, entrances/exits (public and employee), stairwells, book return drop boxes on sidewalks or drives, etc. One Inch: Entrance/exit ramps, garbage trash enclosure, loading docks or loading dock areas, parking lots, parking ramps, book return drop boxes on sidewalks or drives (Libraries only), driveways, etc. Contractor shall provide snow removal and ice management on all paved and/or concrete areas (parking lots, entry/exit ramps, parking ramp, handicapped ramps, sidewalks, book return drop boxes on sidewalks or drives, etc.) during snow event to permit access and movement of staff and patrons in accordance with the snow thresholds.
