Specifications include, but are not limited to: Required Services: 1. The Contractor will be responsible for removing snow fall of one (1) inch or more. For each snow fall event, the Contractor shall apply salt as needed to prevent icy conditions from occurring in the college parking lots and other related areas on an as needed basis. Brine application is allowed, vendor to provide brine solution. Communication with college personnel regarding snow removal. All plowing is to be done as follows: o Monday - Friday 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. o Weekends - Friday after 8:00 p.m. until Monday 6:00 a.m. o Option to call in for snow removal during the day if needed to respond to a heavy snow fall event. In the event of a daytime call out, same day service is required. o Response time for a snow fall event is 1 hour.
