GSA is seeking interested parties for the upcoming solicitation for Snow Removal Services.
A general statement of work is as follows: Contractor shall provide all management, administrative, supervision, labor, transportation, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, equipment (except as otherwise provided) and subcontracts necessary, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion of all work and services and performance of snow removal and related services at the following locations:
Location 1: B.W. Whipple Federal Building 1 Federal Drive Fort Snelling, MN 55111
Parking areas and driveways including sally port, docks, and access roads 492,160 SF and forest parking lot 103,618 SF Average Annual Snowfall of 54” Inches
Location 2: Social Security Administration 1811 Chicago Ave South Minneapolis, MN 55404 Parking areas and driveways 31,000 SF Average Annual Snowfall 54” Inches
Location 3: Federal Office Building 212 3rd Ave South Minneapolis, MN 55401 Parking areas and driveways 19,038 SF with an average annual snowfall of 54” Inches
The potential resulting Request for Proposal would be the best value approach (technical and price factors). The NAICS for this potential project is 561790 Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings with a size standard of $8,000,000.

- Are you a small business? If so, do you have a specific set-aside?
- Do you have experience providing facility services? Please provide contract numbers, value of contracts, general statement of work for the contracts, and a point of contact for a reference.
- Please provide a capabilities statement for your firm.
- Do you have experience in the Minneapolis Area? If not, please provide information on how you plan to develop into this market with a staffing plan and subcontractor needs etc.
- Would you be interested in potentially bidding this solicitation?
