• Snow plowing/ removal shall occur once an inch of snow has accumulated. The Contractor is to have snow removed from the sidewalks before 7:30 a.m. (unless otherwise specified in site details) and may be called for additional plowing/ removal at the rate specified herein. • A Contract shall be considered by the North St. Paul City Council based upon a recommendation from staff regarding the most responsible bidder. The Contractor shall cooperate with staff in providing the required and enforce certificate of insurance, bond or escrow, and or other information requested. • When the snow begins to fall with heavy and rapid accumulations shortly before or during business hours, a contractor with begin plowing the snow using the best method possible, in some cases this may mean windrowing snow at the ends of the parking stalls, and is understood the snow will be removed from such places upon request. Stacking snow' at the corner of the parking stalls may also be necessary depending upon snow accumulations and time limitations.
