Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract to a Contractor(s) to provide Snow Removal and Ice Control Services for the Minnesota National Guard facilities on an as needed basis. 1.1 Responsibilities. The Contractor must be available during regular and emergency work hours. The Contractor is responsible to coordinate directly with the Regional Building Maintenance Supervisor to identify limitations of snow pile areas and plowing methods. This will vary by site as some locations will have no restrictions where others may have limitations on size.
