The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform snow hauling and disposal services (“Work”) at various County facilities on an as-requested or asneeded basis by County Authorized Representative(s) (CAR). This Work includes the removal and transportation of accumulated snow from designated areas at County facilities to disposal sites. The Contractor shall respond promptly to all hauling requests, including those occurring during nights, weekends, and holidays, and shall complete snow hauling services within twelve (12) hours of receiving an authorized request from the CAR, unless otherwise approved. All services must be performed using appropriate, well-maintained equipment and properly trained personnel, with vehicles clearly marked for identification. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable environmental and disposal regulations and ensure safe operations that prevent property damage and minimize disruption to County facilities. Accurate reporting is required for each hauling operation, including documentation of serviced locations, hours worked, volume hauled, and any incidents encountered. The Contractor shall also submit activity logs and disposal site tickets as supporting documentation with each invoice. Coordination with County personnel is required for scheduling, updates, and emergency response activities.
