Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. UROC requires the Contractor to provide one "hard-line" uniformed/ unarmed protective/security officer at the Robert J. Jones Urban Research and Outreach-Engagement Center (UROC). The officer may wear a duty belt. 2. Officer would need to by physically able and comfortable with doing the following services: a. Building and facility patrols (at least hourly) b. Parking lot patrols (at least hourly) c. Event safety and patrols (Contractor may need to provide additional officers, as needed) d. Crowd control (Contractor may need to provide additional officers, as needed) e. Staff and client escorts to parking lot (as requested) f. Incident and emergency response g. Daily check-in/update meeting with UROC management/staff h. Other duties as requested by UROC management. 3. The security officer will be stationed in the UROC Lobby. Contractor must provide all equipment including duty-belt and two-way radios (to communicate with UROC Front Desk Staff).
