Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lompoc Parks and Recreation Department operatesand maintains the facilities of the Civic Auditorium, Lompoc Valley Community Center and theAnderson Recreation Center as well as twelve city parks. These facilities require varying levelsof security on a monthly basis to meet the needs of our consumers and to preserve andprotect City capital investments.a. The City plans to rent these facilities to the public and require and collect paymentfor security services from the renter. The City Representative would notify thecontracting security company that of the date and time such service are required, andmake payment to the Security Company for such services when completed
