The following is a list of tasks the contractor is responsible to complete. • Provide alarm monitoring services for all fire and security systems through Dakota County. Provide monthly monitoring fees with your quotation per attached pages 05-06 of this RFQ. • All monitoring services must be 24x7 and be UL compliant for the one county building which requires UL compliance. • Central Monitoring station must have the capability to monitor Bosch IP communicators using Connectix IP. • The Central Monitoring station must reside within the US. • 1 Fire bill and 1 Security bill will be submitted per billing cycle with each location as a separate line item on each bill. • A master agreement must be provided. • Monitoring prices cannot be increased during the contract term except for yearly price increases if applicable and designated with the Vendor’s quote. As more buildings are added to be monitored, pricing in line with the other buildings is expected. • Additional charges for extra signals beyond alarms (daily test timer, AC loss, low battery, etc.) will not be allowed. Only one monthly fee will be assessed per location, per type of system. • Provide any deviations from this scope of service and proposed equivalencies in letter format with quote submission.
