The contract vendor shall plow these areas when accumulation is two or more inches of snow, or if blowing conditions have accumulated snow in drifts, which make normal use of facilities difficult. When snow accumulates to two (2) inches or more, the contract vendor should assume that they would need to remove the snow in the listed areas unless directed otherwise by the Project Supervisor, David Olsen. d. Snow removal shall be completed by 10:00 a.m. each day including weekend and holidays, when snow conditions occur as described above. e. Snow removed from the parking lot shall be pushed to the north and south end of the parking lot. Plow the state trail tread way on the west side of the parking lot north of 22800 Lime Road, ensuring there is no berm left and the trail tread way is not blocked on the north or south end of the parking lot and that access to 22800 Lime road is not blocked. f. Snow removal will be in such a manner that there will be no loss of parking or blocking of the access roads. Piles of snow should not interfere with visibility at entrances or exits of lots or roadways or cause drifting of snow to accumulate on parking areas.
