Specifications include, but are not limited to: Virginia Tech requires the services of a contractor who can provide construction services in Hays, Kansas for the grounding of antenna poles for a low-power SuperDARN HF radar facility in accordance with this document and in accordance with specifications contained in Attachment B, attached hereto. The contractor selected to complete this project must be properly licensed by the State of Kansas to perform projects of this size and scope. License requirements shall also extend to any subcontractors utilized to complete the project. All construction methods and materials must comply with any applicable requirements of the State of Kansas. Due to the urgent nature of this research project, Virginia Tech desires that the grounding of antenna poles at the Low-Power SuperDARN HR Radar Facility in Hays, Kansas be completed within 10 weeks of the project award, in Section VII Price Schedule: contractors will be asked to provide their anticipated weeks to completion.
