Specifications include, but are not limited to: A total of not fewer than 300 final photos. Photos become sole property of the City. Not fewer than 10 service/community settings. Photos to feature people, places, experiences, and City services during the seasons of winter, spring, summer and fall. o For more information about City services, visit our website rochestermn.gov Contractor has sole responsibility for proposing, planning and scheduling shoots, and recruiting subjects if needed, with limited involvement of City team. o City team will share specific photo library needs, if any, to include in planning. o City team will be available on a limited basis to review proposals, plans and schedules and provide introductions to subjects as needed. o A small amount of additional funds (not to exceed 5% of contract value) are available for contractor expenses related to model honorariums or location fees. o Outside expenses should be itemized and submitted for reimbursement without contractor markup. Photos to be usable as marketing material. The contractor will be responsible for securing and documenting signed photo releases from all subjects (or their legal parent/guardian for minors) who are prominently featured and for getting location permissions if needed. o Documentation should be reasonably organized and provided to the City with corresponding shoot/photos. Photos to be high resolution, scalable to large-format printing without pixilation. Photos to be adjusted as needed for consistent color, style and quality.
