A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: electrical, mechanical, site work, and concrete construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replace the existing building generator – remove/dismantle existing generator and ship new generator provided by Department of Administration, Facilities Management Division to new location from storage. Contractor will need to modify the new buildng generator site to locate on the east side of the building. A crane will be required for generator placement. New retaining wall, drainage and fencing along with a new concrete pad will be required to be constructed and installed. New electrical and fuel piping connections will be required.
