1. Provide labor and material services generally described as inspection, and maintenance services on all RPZ Backflow Preventers located at the various buildings listed as described but not limitited to the RPZ’s itemized worksheets pages 23-27. 2. Technician is to work with Dakota County staff to update worksheets with new devices installed or devices that have been previously missed. 3. Schedule work with the regional supervisors at least one week in advance. 4. Regional supervisors and their phone numbers are listed below. 5. Provide test and inspection tag to be affixed to each device. The tester shall date and sign the tag and include the tester's backflow preventer tester identification number, per MN Plumbing Code 4715.2160. 6. Provide required inspection, test, repairs or replacement documents for each RPZ backflow preventer as quoted to each of the administrative authorities; (such as the city of Apple Valley, Burnsville, etc.) and include any required filing fees. 7. Notify area contact if any problems arise during the inspection, testing or repairs. 8. Unless considered disruptive, all service work shall be completed between the hours of 7:00am and 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
