To provide leadership coaching and team building services that strengthen individual and collective leadership capacity across the organization. This engagement will support the leadership team in identifying shared goals, addressing leadership challenges, and uncovering opportunities for strategic alignment. Through focused coaching, the leadership team will work toward developing core competencies, enhancing collaboration, and promoting a cohesive leadership culture. Additionally, structured team-building support will be provided to department heads, directors and their respective teams to improve team dynamics, communication, and alignment with organizational priorities. Scope of Services: Leadership Coaching and Team Building Engagement A. Engagement Objectives This leadership coaching engagement is designed to achieve the following outcomes: • Strengthen leadership performance through focused reflection and actionable feedback. • Improve clarity in decision-making and communication. • Enhance leadership presence and influence across teams and stakeholders. • Support personal development aligned with professional responsibilities and organizational goals. • Build adaptive leadership capacity in complex or changing environments. B. Coaching Structure • Session Frequency: One (1) 60-minute coaching session per participant per month. • One on one sessions with each participant • Delivery Format: Sessions will be conducted virtually (unless otherwise agreed upon). • Non-Accumulative Policy: Unused sessions do not carry over to future months. • Scheduling: Sessions will be scheduled in advance by mutual agreement between the coach and participant. • Session Amount: Number of initial sessions will be determined by the participants direct supervisor. Additional sessions require approval from the participant’s direct supervisor. C. Services Included 1. Engagement Setup • Initial consultation with the organizational sponsor to clarify engagement goals, success metrics, and roles. • Optional participant onboarding and orientation session to introduce coaching objectives, process, and expectations. 2. Leadership Coaching Sessions • One (1) private, 60-minute coaching session per month per participant. • Each session will focus on: o Real-time leadership challenges o Strategic priorities and role expectations o Personal development goals • The coaching approach will be customized based on the participant’s individual goals, leadership context, and development stage. 3. Team Building • Team Building will support participants in: o Strengthening team cohesion and collaboration o Navigating interpersonal dynamics and conflict resolution o Clarifying team roles, expectations, and shared purpose o Developing inclusive leadership behaviors that promote psychological safety and engagement • As needed, team building engagements may incorporate discussion of team feedback or stakeholder input (if provided) • Team building engagements must be in person (onsite at city location TBD) • The department will discuss with the consultant to determine length of team building for best outcomes. • Session Amount: The number of team building sessions will be determined after the conclusion of the first session. Based on feedback from the consultant, the manager will assess whether additional sessions are necessary for team building. 4. Progress Review • Optional midpoint and required final check-in sessions with the sponsor (pending participant consent) to review progress and align on outcomes. • The final coaching session will include a summary reflection and recommendations for sustained growth and development.
