Sample tasks for the project may include: Researching applicable statutes, rules, and policies. Developing solutions in close coordination with the State. Coordinating with State employees, including setting up meetings and project management tasks. Developing a step-by-step plan that moves the State towards implementation, considering various methods to achieve the six recommendations in the Study. Advising on any necessary rulemaking. Directing the implementation process in close coordination with the State. Creating a program document that explains the program and procedures for implementation. The State is also open to other methods of achieving its goal of an expanded program and implementation of the disparity study recommendations that are in line with statute, regulations, and other laws.
