Specifications include, but are not limited to: ➢ Description of developmentally appropriate fundamental sports classes that will be offered one day per week, one hour or less for multiple weeks annually to all Minneapolis parks. ➢ Description of a fundamental camp program that is offered for 3 hours or less and multiple days per week. Vendor will not offer sports camps without approval at the MPRB Manager level. ➢ Proposed schedule of the specific sports classes that will be offered in each service area and the seasons. ➢ Program structure, including the number of children in each sport group and the staffing plan (ratio of children to instructor/staff). ➢ Provide copies of any attendance reports ➢ Conduct end of season survey including data collected on classes at MPRB facilities. ➢ Promotional /class descriptions. Please include any ideas for potential drop-in or round up program. ➢ Plan for recruitment, training and retention of parents/ guardians, volunteers, and interns. ➢ Demonstrated experience offering fundamental sports classes for children. ➢ Outreach plan for children from under-served areas, diverse populations, and children with special needs.
