The State of Minnesota is requesting proposal(s) for Architectural services to complete design services for renovation of showers facilities at Shantz Hall which consists of 2 floors and basement level. Each residential unit has three-bedroom wings. The 12-bedroom wings have identical shower room layouts. The existing layout consists of 2 showers with access direct to the corridor, and an adjacent bathroom. The project designer will need to survey the exiting renovation space to develop the plan for the renovation of the showers and replacement of the bathroom floors, as well as any related design, and development of cost estimate for construction, located at the St. Peter Regional Treatment Center, St. Peter, Minnesota.
