The New Minnesota State Patrol Headquarters will be relocated to a building that was originally built in 1956 and was approximately 100,000 SF. An addition was constructed in 1978 which added an additional 50,000 SF and added 2 stories to the existing Buildings. The proposed project is to entirely demolish the existing 200,000 SF structure and construct a new building of approximately 130,000 SF. 2.0 Project Scope: 1.1 Complete hazardous material design, remediation and disposal services a. Services include: i. Site inspections to develop proposals for design ii. Remediation drawings, specifications, and public bidding iii. Remediation services iv. Monitor and document disposal of any hazardous materials v. Emergency response process vi. Project management, construction administration, and final project report vii. Other related services 1.2 Project Budgeted/Cost of Construction: TBD through design 1.3 Anticipated Project Schedule: a. January 2026 – Notice to Proceed b.
