Project Scope: a. Building No. 15, Health Services SUD (Substance Use Disorder) requires a Unit Ventilator Heat/Cool upgrade b. Currently there are Qty. (10) Unit Ventilators that need replacement, Qty. (9) in classrooms and Qty. (1) in administration office c. Two boilers (1Million BTU Each) are on site and they are 4-5 years old. We plan to keep the two boilers in place and utilize them for this scope of work d. Existing Unit Ventilators inside the classroom are fastened to the wood beams of the roof structure. New Unit Ventilators will be floor mounted for ease of servicing. e. Architectural modifications interior/exterior will need to take place to fit the new Unit Ventilators f. New ductwork will be hung for better heat/cool air handling disbursement in the classrooms, hallway and administration office g. Upgrade fire smoke dampers throughout the building h. Upgrade of the fire panel is necessary along with new fire smoke detectors i. Condensers are on roof and will need to be replaced with new similar units. Location of condensers will stay on the roof j. Existing 500K BTU propone tank on site will continue to feed the building k. Unit Ventilators will be high efficiency along with condensers l. System controls will be upgraded including Unit Ventilators with ON-SITE access control to adjust and service system. Existing software program is Cylon American Auto Matrix and Climate Makers is the program support m. Roofing work is part of this project which is why a structural analysis is to be included n.
