A. Take down and haul away the existing Albany Hall D East overhead door. B. Supply and install (1) 20' x 18' Hormann HDDD-3065 high speed black rubber door, springless design, one (1) lite advance kit for communication, NEMA 4 control box, 460V 3-phase, weather seals, hood and motor cover. This shall include a limited lifetime warranty on the curtain and 2- year warranty on mechanical and electrical components from manufacturer. C. Field measure and verification of actual size shall be done by contractor. D. High voltage electrical wiring done by owner. E. All low voltage wiring shall be done by the contractor. The existing “3 Button-On/Off/Stop” switch and housing shall be re-used. F. The quote includes a return trip to do a startup on the doors once the power has been run to the equipment. G. The vendor shall provide all means, tools and equipment to perform the removal and installation of the new overhead door except for the high voltage electrical hook up. Lifts or forklifts shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder. The bid shall include any modifications/preparations to the existing opening for the installation of the new door. H. All work shall be complete by June 15, 2025. I. Coordination of all work performed with MCC Project Manager. J. Required permits for work performed shall be obtained by the successful bidder. K. Start and test for proper operation
