Provide all services required to print, package and deliver six versions of the Official State of Minnesota Highway Map: (1) Official State of Minnesota Highway Map (2) State of Minnesota Laminated State Map (3) State of Minnesota Laminated Metro Map (4) State of Minnesota District and Maintenance Map (5) State of Minnesota Township and Range Area Map (6) Official State of Minnesota Highway Map, Large Edition. The print editions change annually, and the initial contract period will encompass printing and delivery of the 2026 version and 2027 version of the Official State of Minnesota Highway Map. These six versions are to be made and delivered between two agencies: the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) and Explore Minnesota (TOUR). The estimated quantity is 300,000 copies annually. The State reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities. The State will not be held liable for any quantities not ordered. Orders may be placed on as-needed basis and the quantities may vary.
