• Contractor is responsible to complete the printing of the Minnesota State University, Mankato student newspaper "The Reporter" and deliver papers to one (1) drop site on campus – The Reporter Office (CSU 293). A loading dock on campus is available for brief parking. o The Reporter staff is responsible to deliver the newspapers to individual racks. o Contractor to deliver Sport Zone publication to area high schools and colleges as noted in Attachment A. • Include one FREE plate of process color for the front, center and back plate for every edition published. • The Reporter is to be published twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday during the regular academic year. The Reporter reserves the right to publish every week. The Reporter reserves the right to not print during the Thanksgiving week. • The Reporter reserves the right to drop publications to one issue a week during the academic year with a 30-day notice. • The Reporter also reserves the right to publish special sections to be printed and delivered.
