Relocation/replacement of existing grilles as needed for new ceiling/lighting layouts Power and network data adjustments (based on revised furniture layouts and conferencing technology) Additional card readers and updates to existing door hardware on 2nd floor and 1st floor entry New AV technology for new huddle or conference rooms. Include scope for fit planning 1st floor with minimal changes. Potential for new workstations off lobby to accommodate additional work seats. Remodel of 1 room on 1st floor to accommodate Parking & Transportation's secure room with direct access to exterior. Add exterior door in the place of existing exterior glass. Include services to fit plan 4th Street Ramp offices (1,400 SF). Scope past Schematic Design in this building will be a separate service.
