Scott County is seeking to obtain bids from an insured, experienced, and qualified Supplier to provide publication printing of Scott County SCENE four (4) times a year, quarterly. This will be printed in color and distributed as folded newspaper style booklet. The SCENE is delivered through bulk mail by USPS in March, June, September, and December. a. Required Services: i. The Bidder shall provide approximately sixty-two thousand seven hundred ninety one (62,791) sixteen (16) to twenty (20) page SCENE copies to the County in March, June, September, and December. ii. The Bidder shall print on recycled newsprint with a page size of approximately 11x17 inches. iii. The Bidder shall prepare the bulk mailing and deliver to the Shakopee Post Office, 135 Sommerville Street South, Shakopee, Minnesota 55379 as they hold the County's bulk mail permit. iv. The Bidder shall update new mail route numbers for our targeted routes for each copy or as available from the USPS. v. The Bidder shall deliver approximately two hundred (200) copies to the Scott County Government Center, 200 Fourth Avenue West, Shakopee, Minnesota 55379 as soon as possible after print. b. Additional Provisions: i. The County shall provide PDF files to the Bidder electronically. ii. The Bidder shall provide the County with an electronic proof prior to publication printing. iii. The Bidder shall perform all work in accordance with applicable codes, federal, state, and county ordinances, and requirements of the County.
