Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF WORK – TWO-STORY STRIP MALL/TAXPAYER BURN BUILDING Two-Story Strip Mall/Taxpayer Burn Building Fire Training Facility (“Facility”) to be assembled on existing 55’ x 55’ concrete apron MINIMUM BIDDER REQUIREMENTS Prospective vendor shall provide the following with their bid/proposal for evaluation by the County. Failure to provide the required items may be cause for rejection: • Graphical representation of offer, including Detailed cutaway views (3D models preferred) showing how the proposed solution meet the required training objectives • Floorplans and elevations views for the exact design proposed • Published literature/brochures • A list of five (5) completed Container Fire Props including 2,300° F thermal lining system delivered within the last 3 years including photos of each, contact information for the end-user, delivery date • Detailed information on the vendor’s fire extension simulation system, method, and control • Information on service dispatch from within NJ • Detailed information on the vendor’s thermal lining system • Detailed information on the vendor’s fabrication methods and QC process • NFPA certified instructor credentials • Cost proposal • Exceptions list (note: any exceptions may be immediate cause for rejection) • Copy of vendor’s Warranty SCOPE OF WORK – SUV LIVE BURN FIRE PROP MINIMUM BIDDER REQUIREMENTS Prospective vendor shall provide the following with their bid/proposal for evaluation by the County. Failure to provide the required items may be cause for rejection: Design drawings for their SUV Fire Prop that meet these specifications A list of five (5) completed SUV Fire Props delivered within the last 3 years including photos of each, contact information for the end-user, delivery date, and contract price The location of a NJ-based SUV Fire Prop installation for review and evaluation should the County decide to visit it for further evaluation. Detailed information on the pilot providing method used Detailed information on the two-stage main flame control including progressive fire growth from vapor to liquid fires Detailed information on the Wireless remote control Information on service dispatch from within NJ Design drawings for the add alternate SUV Fire Prop
