Minnesota State University Moorhead is seeking proposals from qualified plumbing contractors to provide comprehensive plumbing services across its Moorhead campus. The selected contractor will be responsible for routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and plumbing installations in academic buildings, residence halls, dining facilities, and administrative offices. Technical/Functional Requirements -Routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems. -Locate, repair and replace leaking water and sewer pipes (PVC, CPVC, cast iron, galvanic pipe and copper tubing. -Unclog sewer lines and drains. -Jet drain lines -Installation of new fixtures and minor renovations. -Backflow prevention testing and certification. -Drain cleaning and sewer line maintenance.
