Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work of this project includes work at the St Paul Transit Hub. Work includes; 1. Renovation of interior waiting lobby space (reduced to approximately one third of the existing). This includes, but is not limited to, replacement of interior finishes, seating, storefronts, doors, hardware, HVAC, electrical systems, and low voltage/data. 2. Streetscaping and sidewalk improvements to facilitate pedestrian movement. 3. Improved and integrated safety and security elements, including security cameras, access control and lighting. 4. Amenities such as real time information signs, bicycle amenities, plantings, trees, lighting and waste receptacles. 5. A future tenant space, to be finished at a later date.
