1. Specification for Sign collar rings The sign collars are to be made from class 25 grey cast iron. The collars are 4.0” outside diameter with 3.0” inside diameter. The tolerance on both inside and outside diameter is .06”. The collars are to be 1.5” in the vertical dimension with .05” tolerance. The collars will have (2) 5/8-11UNC-2B holes drilled and tapped and 90 degree offset as shown in the standard plate. The desired lot quantity is 5,000 for 2025 order, 1,000 units within 60 days of purchase order, the remaining ones in five 1,000 unit shipments every 45 days after that. Per attached standard plate TRAF-5120 2. Specification for sign bracket Sign brackets to be made from gray cast iron 25,000 psi minimum. Pattern is available from City of Minneapolis Traffic. City to furnish 3/8”-16 x 1” cup point square head screw. Casting is to be drilled and tapped for the aforementioned cap screw and drilled in the side flange part of the bracket for .47 dia thru hole as shown in the standard plate. Painting of the brackets will be performed by the City. Per attached standard plate TRAF-5090. Desired quantity is 5,000 for 2025 order. 3. Signal pipe collar Pipe collars to be made from gray cast iron 25,000 psi minimum. Supplier to drill and tap (2) 5/8”- 11NC-1 threaded holes per attached drawing TRAF-1217-R2. Desired quantity 50
